Procedure

1. You start with filling the details in Enquiry form in which you need to provide your complete medical history with details of previous treatments taken earlier.
2. Our team at starmedicaltours will start to find a suitable doctor within our network of finest hospitals on the basis of your details and requirements.
3. Once the hospital and doctor/s have been finalized by you or your representative, we forward the diagnosis and other relevant instructions from that doctor to you. We can even arrange for your direct conversation with the doctor/s for your satisfaction.
4. After finalizing the treatment, we will start to make arrangements for your accommodation on the basis of your requirements.
   
   You will get following options to choose from:
   
   
   • Five star hotels- First option is to stay at a Five star hotel, we will book a room for you. The choice of the hotel will be given to you at the time of booking.
   • Budget hotels- If you don’t wish to pay heavy charges on your stay, you also have an option of staying at budget hotel which is very much affordable in comparison to the charges of a five star hotel. We have a large network of selected hotels which render all the facilities of any big hotel at very low prices.
   • Personal flats/apartments- You also have an option to stay in a personal flat with the facilities of kitchen and domestic help provided within.
   
   
5. Once you finalize all the details, you will be asked to make some advance payment as mentioned below:
   
   
   • At time of finalizing the plan: 15% of the estimate given by selected hospital
   • At time of arrival in India: 20% of the estimate given by selected hospital
   • Rest will be paid at hospital at time of discharge.
   
   
6. You will be given assistance for obtaining the medical visa for you and your family.
7. You will be provided a personal tour manager(PTM) on your arrival in India. He/she will be in constant touch with you through out your stay in India, physically or on phone. Your PTM will be looking after everything you may require during your stay. He/she will be fluent in English as well as in local languages for your comfort. Your PTM will also make arrangements for your registration with local FRRO (foreign relations regional officer) as it is compulsory for foreign nationals traveling to India on medical visa. You may also ask him/her to arrange for currency convertor and other related things.
8. After undergoing your treatment and recovery period, you will be given many choices to opt for your dream holidays with your family and friends. All the arrangements will be done by starmedicaltours.
9. You will be checking out from your hotel and returning to your country with our blessings and love.
