1) Acceptance of terms & conditions-
starmedicaltours.com welcomes you to visit India. We provide you our services based on the following terms & conditions. By reading and using our services, you completely understand and agree with following terms & conditions. You also understand and agree that starmedicaltours possess the right to make any changes in these terms & regulations at any time without prior notice.

2) Description of terms & conditions-
starmedicaltours provides patients/persons traveling with the patient with access to its services of making arrangements for the treatment of their illness or health problem through the widespread network of finest hospitals of India and access to its services for their recuperative holidays which may include the services of other vendors.

You fully understand and agree that the starmedicaltours is only a service provider and is not running or holding share in any of the medical institutions/ hospitals/hotels which may have rendered services to you during your stay.

You fully understand and agree that starmedicaltours will not be liable or hold any responsibility in case of any inconvenience/accident/theft/burglary/dissatisfaction caused by hospitals/treating doctors/hotels/cab services.

You fully understand and agree that starmedicaltours will not be held responsible for any expense/extra cost incurred by you/your relatives/your family/your friends/any one accompanying you through your travel, due to any unfavourable/unexpected circumstances during your stay in India.

You fully understand and agree that any discrepancy or complication related to your treatment or any side effects caused during your treatment will be solved directly with the hospital/doctor/s handling the case.

You fully understand and agree that if by any chance you choose to cancel your trip or itinerary and you choose not to undergo the treatment after your arrival in India. There will be no refund of amount paid by you/your family/your relative/your friends/your accomplices/ any financial institutions except in cases examined by starmedicaltours and the decision will solely be of starmedicaltours.

If you plan to cancel your trip before your arrival, India office of starmedicaltours must be informed 15 days prior to your expected date of arrival after that there will be no refund.

STARMEDICALTOURS PRIVACY POLICY:
Any information (confidential or non confidential) provided to starmedicaltours will be kept private and will not be transferred to any third party.

Starmedicaltours assure you that the information provided by you will be used for our internal purposes, testimonials and the hospitals where you will get treated for your illness.
